Training Programs

There has been significant growth in Industrial Training Institutes over last decades with increasing number of ITIs passing out year by year. However, these ITIs are unable to find jobs for themselves & are doing odd jobs to sustain themselves. On the other side, shortage of appropriately skilled labour across industries is emerging as a significant and complex challenge to India’s growth.

In order to mitigate this demand-supply gap scenario of employability, SIPS has developed an innovative training program wherein ITI holders with basics knowledge & lesser employability skills are recruited as security guard-cum-helper for the stores and trained in a phased manner to become Store In-charge (through Store Assistant phase) or Site Supervisor (through Assistant Site Supervisor phase) as per their capability and liking.

Through this training program, SIPS has been able to develop a team of Store In-charges & Site Supervisors who are asset to the organization.
