Major (Retd) Satyapal Sindhu is an alumnus of the prestigious National Defense Academy Khadakwasla. He served the nation in technical branch of Indian Army. He is B Tech Electronics from CME (Pune) & MCEME (Secunderabad). He took voluntary retirement from army in the year 2003 and established the company in March 2003. He is an accomplished Engineer with strong management expertise, having completed the General Management Development Programme from IIM Kozhikode.
He has demonstrated his strategic leadership by his unwavering commitment to meet project timelines, delivering quality services and maintaining high safety standards to our esteemed clients across various EPC domains. Through his strong business acumen, he has established SIPS into an efficient professionally managed EPC company with turnover of 400+ Cr. His energetic approach, swift decision-making, empathy for team members, pragmatism, and optimism have contributed to SIPS’s substantial growth, with the vision of achieving higher trajectories in coming years.
