By order dated 11.11.2008, Shyam Indus Power Solutions (SIPS) was granted trading licence for Category IV to trade in electricity as an electricity trader in the whole of India in accordance with Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (Procedure, Terms and Conditions of Trading licence and other related matters) Regulations, 2009.
SIPS has been upgraded to Category III trading licence by Hon’ble Central Electricity Regulatory Commission (CERC).
