The ITI Induction Training Program for freshers from ITI Gohana was successfully conducted at SIPS Technical Training Institute, Sampla, from 11 to 14 Aug 25.
The program provided the candidates with an engaging introduction to the company’s role, vision, mission, procedures, and best practices through interactive sessions and activities. It enabled them to gain valuable insights into the organizational culture and expectations, helping them feel more confident to align with the company’s goals.
The training concluded on a highly positive note, with enthusiastic feedback from all trainees, reflecting their motivation and readiness to begin their professional journey of Pehla Kadam!!
