As we mark 22 years of our journey, since commencing operations in Mar 2003, Shyam Indus Power Solutions Private Limited, it is a moment of pride and reflection. From our inception as a modest Engineering, Procurement & Construction (EPC) contractor to our evolution into a pan-India organization, we have consistently demonstrated our commitment to excellence, innovation, and nation-building.
Today, SIPS stands as a trusted partner in the EPC space, delivering comprehensive infrastructure solutions across the Power, Railway and Civil sectors. Our growth story is not just about expansion; it is about purpose of playing our part in building the infrastructure that drives and powers India’s growth journey.
At SIPS, we continue to evolve with the time, leveraging technology, investing in capability-building and embracing smart, future-ready solutions.
As we enter FY 25-26, we do so with renewed focus, enthusiasm, energy, ambition and a clear vision as follows: –

- To focus on strengthening core competencies, diversifying and strategically exploring upstream and downstream opportunities across all EPC related sectors including power, railways and civil infrastructure.
